Where do I send the invoice for an authorised claim for payment?
Please send invoices to admin@globalmotor.co.za
When will my claim be paid?
Invoices received by 12:00 PM are processed for payment on the same business day. Invoices submitted after this time are scheduled for payment on the next business day.
How do I cancel my policies?
Please send request to cancel@globalmotor.co.za and a cancellation form will be sent to you to complete and return.
How long does it take to cancel my policies?
Cancellations may take up to 7 to 21 working days to finalise.
If refund is due, who will be refunded for my cancelled policies?
If your vehicle is still financed, the refund will be paid to the finance house.
